Keith Raven is a 1979 graduate of Hofstra University, where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree. In 1982 he received a Juris Doctor degree from New York Law School in New York City, New York.

Prior to starting this firm, Mr. Raven was a partner in a mid-sized defense firm concentrating in the defense and trials of various personal injury actions including automobile, products liability, medical malpractice, pharmaceutical malpractice, premises liability, and commercial cases. Mr. Raven is admitted to practice law in the State Courts of New York and the Federal District Courts for the Southern, Eastern, Northern, and Western Districts of New York as well as the Second Circuit Court of Appeals.

In 1998, Mr. Raven went on to found the firm of Friedberg & Raven, LLP, which eventually became Raven & Kolbe, LLP. Mr. Raven continues to defend and litigate cases involving auto/trucking, premises liability, pharmacy malpractice, insurance defense, Americans with Disability Act matters, discrimination, and premise’s OSHA and fire violations.

George Kolbe graduated from the University of Pennsylvania in 1990 where he obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree while a member of the varsity football team. Thereafter, he received his Juris Doctor with Honors from Albany Law School in 1994, where he was a member of Albany Law Review.

Mr. Kolbe is admitted to practice law in the State Courts of New York, New Jersey, the Federal Courts for the District of New Jersey, the Federal Courts for the Southern, Eastern and Northern Districts of New York, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. Mr. Kolbe is an accomplished trial attorney in personal injury defense of all areas. In particular, he has developed substantial litigation experience in the fields of aviation, construction, transportation, insurance coverage and liability defense.

Michael Gleason graduated from the University of Michigan in 2001, where he obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. In 2005, he received his Juris Doctor degree from Hofstra University School of Law, where he was a member of the Moot Court/Trial Team and Vice President of the Law Trial Team. Mr. Gleason is admitted to practice law in the State Courts of New York and New Jersey and in the Federal CourtsĀ for the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. Katherine A. Mastrobuoni received her Juris Doctor degree from Villanova University School of Law in 2008, where she was a Dean’s Merit Scholar. During law school, she was a Quarterfinalist at the 47th Annual Theodore L. Reimel Moot Court Competition and worked as a research assistant to Dean John Y. Gotanda. A recipient of a Villanova Presidental Scholarship, Ms. Mastrobuoni also graduated cum laude from Villanova University in 2001, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and a minor in Business Administration.

Prior to joining Raven & Kolbe, LLP, Ms. Mastrobuoni also worked in private practice as a defense attorney, specializing in general liability, personal injury, property damage, products liability, casualty liability, employment law, defamation, breach of contract, insurance coverage, interpleader claims, and subrogation claims. In addition, she also worked as an Assistant Solicitor for the City of Philadelphia Law Department for several years.

Ms. Mastrobuoni is licensed to practice law in New York, new Jersey, and Pennsylvania, and is admitted to practice in the United States District Courts for the district of new Jersey and Eastern District of Pennsylvania.

Danielle Rudkin graduated from Fordham University in 2008 where she obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree. In 2015, she received her Juris Doctor from Fordham University School of Law, where she was an Associate Editor on the Intellectual Property Journal, worked in the Appellate Litigation Clinic, and was a recipient of the Archibald R. Murray Public Service Award. Ms. Rudkin is admitted to practice law in the State Courts of New York and New Jersey, and the Federal Courts for the Southern, Eastern, and Northern Districts of New York. Ms. Rudkin currently focus on litigation in the field of liability defense.

Jack Phelan graduated from Hartwick College in 2009 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in history, while a member of the Varsity Football team. While at Hartwick, Jack was a standout athlete, making four All-America teams in his Junior and Senior seasons. jack received his Juris Doctor from Albany Law Schol in 2014 — graduatingĀ magna cum laude — where he was on the Executive Board of the Albany Law Review, and was one of five students to have his Note published in the 77th Edition of the Law Review (77 Alb. L. Rev. 579).

Prior to joining Raven & Kolbe, Jack practiced with a firm specializing in liability defense, including medical malpractice defense, in the firm’s offices in Syracuse, New York and East Meadow, New York. Jack is admitted to practice law in all courts in New York State and in federal court in the Northern and Southern Districts of New York. Jack currently focuses on litigation in the field of liability defense.

Kevin Torge graduated summa cum laude, from Arizona State University in 2013, where he obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice & Criminology. In 2018, he received his Juris Doctor degree from Brooklyn Law School, with a certification in business and criminal law.
